As part of the 17th Settimana della Lingua Italiana - L'italiano al cinema l'italiano nel cinema we have the pleasure of hosting Donata Puntil from King's College, London for a workshop on mixed-abilities classes and the use of cinema.
The aim of this workshop on the teaching of Italian through the use of cinema is mainly to share experiences and best practice in the use of film as an authentic resource for the teaching of Italian as a foreign language.
The teaching applications presented wil focus on the pedagogical principles of collaborative and inclusive learning strategies.
Donata Puntil is currently Programme Director at the Modern Language Centre-King’s College London where she is responsible for staff development and internal and external training events in relation to learning and teaching modern foreign languages.
